Terms of cancellation
You can view the cancellation conditions related to the rate you chose when making your reservation. They will be displayed on your booking confirmation.
In the case of a modification or cancellation request: you must make the request exclusively by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Your request will only be validated upon receipt of this email sent by the establishment:

Prices are displayed including VAT. Tourist tax (0.95 € per person per night) will be requested as a supplement.
We offer 2 formulas, served on the terrace in front of the hotel, weather permitting, or in your room on request:
• Express (5 €): pastries, fruit juice and hot drink
• Full (8 €): pastries, hot drink with a glass of fruit juice, fresh fruit and toast (butter, jam)
The hotel, located very close to the port, does not have private parking facilities. However, we can offer you a card, at a rate of 15 €, for one of the car parks near the hotel, upon reservation and subject to availability, valid from check-in to check-out.
A supplement of 15 € per night and per animal is requested.
Some of our double rooms have a sofa that converts into an extra bed for 1 person.
Depending on availability, this service is invoiced at 25 €.
Paid luggage service before check-in and after check-out (subject to availability): 5€ / person / luggage

Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below.
On your day of departure, you must vacate your room / apartment no later than the time indicated below. Invoicing of an extra night may result from failure to respect this departure deadline.
It is recommended that you specify your estimated time of arrival when booking, especially if it is late.
• Arrival time between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Departure deadline: 11:00
payment and invoicing currency
No payment is needed as guarantee. The credit card number is required, but the card will only be debited upon your arrival.

After requesting the hotel management and failing a satisfactory response within 15 days, the client may refer the matter to the “Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage”, whose contact details are given below:
